ORDERING
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. We will be happy to assist you with choosing fonts or thread colors for your purchase; please do not hesitate to email customer service. Please note: Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned. Please be sure to double check your spelling before placing your order. Be sure to double check the order in which the letters in a monogram should appear.

Brides or any other customers who order multiple quantities (5 or more of one item) may qualify for a special discount. Please contact us for details.

CARE AND CLEANING OF MONOGRAMMED ITEMS
Many of our items are machine washable. We recommend turning monogrammed garments inside out before washing and using only non-chlorine bleach as necessary. We also recommend turning inside out to iron. If your item has special care instructions, you will receive them with your shipment.
